Why does JR's site appear grey when I go to it?

Not for me, and I'm using Firefox too. Error 403 permission denied.

are you going to www.jointedrail.com or a subdomain (or a typo). going to your profile page on their directly without logging in could display that error.

I am going to the direct www.jointedrail.com. I've tried clicking on JR's Banner's, same result.

You usually don't get a 403 error for this, but I'd check to make sure you're internet isn't passing thru a filter somewhere. Usually they return with their own errors but a 403 could be a cheap way for the filter to block it. Alternatively try another browser (like Chrome.)

No, that doesn't work. It is even like that on my mobile phone, tablet, etc. Also, I can't use chrome since I on Windows Vista.

I have Windows Vista on a computer here and Chrome works fine. And the JointedRail site looks normal. Really sounds like something else is going on. What are you using for Virus, Firewall, Spam protection?

found out my Wifi IP is actually banned, if I go onto the website when I'm not connected to my wifi and just on Verizon LTE, I can access the site.
