Help with content manager

Just retuned to trainz after a break and having got the game Engineer 2010 working on laptop I get the following message in Content Manager

'Unable to download, the server appears to be full try again later'

got the same message last night aswell-any suggestions most welcome

Do you have a FCT? If you do not, then you may receive this message because the connections to the free DLS access are limited.

If you have an FCT, the FirstClass server is very fast.

A new FCT costs about $25 USD per year and is well worth the investment.
