Help What is this all about

Hi Guys

Can anyone help me out?
I have a update patch message but this is all that i get when I try to install, I know lots about computers like: how to switch them on and off but this stuff is beyond me.

Your help would be most appreciated.

This just happened to me too this morning.

You may have better results, reverting to a fresh install of TRS09, and instead of upgrading to SP1 first, use the patch to upgrade all the way to current in one shot.
