OK! I went to this site: http://dl1.n3vgames.com/Patch/TANE/74702_to_75947.tz
It took over two hours to download but I got the file .... BUT...

I have had a problem with one of my routes crashing or worse losing all work with just a few content and landscape mods. I was fortunate that windows has a good recovery system. I have an Alienware x51 with 16gb ram and an i7 processor. I don't think the system is stable at this point.
