Help regarding Inspect Baseboard.

Hello!
Why doesn't Inspect baseboard work for me? Is it still a beta or should it be in the game?
I have Trainz Plus via Steam, Build 132324, with surveoyr 2.0.
I have cleared all broken cdp in "Manage content", tried starting a new route and so on.
Still I don't see a hint of it when I use the "Marquee tool" and then check in "Context Menu".
I do everything according to what I saw in the video and read about it.
What am I doing wrong or what is the problem with my Trainz?
In Trainzportal Knowledge Base it says "there are no differences in features between Steam and MyTrainz editions of Trainz", so why doesn't it work then?

I don't believe it's been released yet. Should be in the next Trainz Plus update.

In the latest beta, build 134634, after you use the selection tool to choose a baseboard(s), I choose inspect baseboard and it pops up a dialogue that list the ground textures and the percent of usage. Since this feature is most useful on the HD grid I suspect it doesn't work on 10/5 grid.
