Help please !!!!!

Hi all just joined as im stuck on my first ever game .
got trainz passenger edition from santa .
Just started, doing ok on first level busy day driver!!!! loading coal,fuel,logs ok.
But cant find how to get the crude oil ?it isnt listed in my driver options and everything is grinding to a halt !!!!!
ahhh :'(
Hope someone can help ,have searched but to no avail .

Find out where your dad bought it from and was it used?
If it is used then it useless to you because it reg. to someone else.

I'm done registering my serial but it said my account has registered already.

Could it be that you (both of you) accidentaly double registered? Perhaps the Trainz server is aware of the first attempt but since Auran is on vacation the registration process has not been completed yet?
