Help Please

I am using TRS2006 and have several questions for which I need help. My USERID & Passwords are up to date.

1. When loading my route in Surveyor I am getting a screen which says there are problems with the content in my route. It suggests I check for bad content in CMP. When I go there I highlight all files in the Installed tab and select errors in the search tab. I get no items found. What should I be doing?

2. I have been trying to download content for a week and get a message saying come back later - download server appears full. Am I doing something wrong?

3. I run a daily backup on my PC Data. Where do I find my created stuff? Does it have my saved as name or some code?

4. I keep seeing Block Plan Schematics on the loading screens. Where do I find this? Do I need to create my own? Is there a program to do this?

Click on the Search tab (left hand side)
In the Drop-down menu Change it to read Faulty instead of Name.
Click on Apply

This will list you content that is reporting as faulty in CMP which you'll need to edit and fix the errors reported in order for it to work properly in TRS2006.

Item 2. I tried clicking "here" in your response and cannot get access. Message said I may not have access.

Item 3. I went to CMP and did a "Faulty" search. Responded nothing found. Still get the message when loading.

The message "When loading my route in Surveyor I am getting a screen which says there are problems with the content in my route.." may mean that you have missing dependences which may not show up as a fault. Start CMP and list all of your routes. Find the one that is giving you problems and see if it is showing any problems. You could do Edit\Open for Edit then commit it to see if something shows up. If you can't find any problem post the kuid number of the route here and we will take a look at it.
