I got to ask and forget me if it has ben ask befor

Wend I open Content Manager And see the Screen shot in the files How dos's the get a Preview Screen Shot of my route how do i add it in so it will show?? I can't figer it out I fown nothing how to add one in and How do i rigth a Description for my route
