The retail release (the non-beta test version) is NOT out yet. Hopefully sometime this coming week (depending on the mood of the software "gods").
Since, according to your timeline, you have Trainz plus then you will automatically get the update to TRS22 when it is released. Trainz Plus users automatically get the latest Trainz release version with all the Plus extras included. If you want the TRS22 beta version, which is now the official "release candidate", then you will need to switch your Train Plus stream to Trainz Plus beta. I would advise against switching to the TRS22 stream as you will lose your Trainz Plus features.
