Alright, this is really pissing me off. I purchased the new TS2010EE and I can't download it. I put in the password at least a dozen times, and it keeps going right back to the log in. Not to mention, that I can't talk to actual person to download this ****. Someone that actually knows how to get this downloaded, please reply.

Make sure your firewall and browser are set up to allow downloading from the site. One or the other may not be set correctly.
I use Fire fox and had no problems downloading my version.
