Hello! My name is Jacob Dettlinger and I received a copy of Trainz 2009 World Builder Edition from a friend a couple of years ago and I just installed it yesterday. I am also a newbie and have never posted here before. I would like to have plenty of tips about the game as well. As some of you probably already know, I'm DirectorGuy13 on YouTube and I love trains with a major amount of passion since I was a little boy in the late 1990's. I also live right by the Norfolk Southern Meadville Line (former Erie Lackawanna Railroad Mainline) in Greenville, Pennsylvania, near a hotbox defect detector at MP MI 135.0. I hope to have one heck of a blast in this forum. Thanks for letting me join this forum! Cheers!

Welcome aboard. As oknotsen said, don't forget to register your copy. You may find Trainz rather addictive!

As for tips, spend some time lurking in the forums, and using search. The search feature on vBulletin isn't very good; you can often get better results using Google to search the site with "site:forums.auran.com" as one of the keywords.
