I am going out on a bit of a limb here and saying UP EMD E9. (Seen lots of them messing with the UP CoLA at the club that is pulled by a A-B-B-A Set of E9s. Though UP ran it as A-B-A. We needed a little more umph. Sorry about that....got carried away...)
