Looks like a slug of some kind, probably made for road service behind similar engines, since there's a fuel tank under it when obviously no engine's gonna fit in there:wave: I would guess it was made from either an SD-40 or (more probably) an SD-35.

It could be a slug, or part of the Cow Calf thing, in which case this would be a calf
