Actually Tyler, I do know, but Stephen has forbidden me from putting in the right guess, but as it has been about a week, I'll just close this hard guess:

Class: VR V class 2-8-0 Compound

I'll skip my turn, only casue I just got all my content back into TS2009 and I still have a little more things to put back onto my new HDD. Next dibs gets next shot.

Oops, my bad. The engine isn't a V, it's a Generic 2-8-0. VR had the same locos with compound cylinders.
