Seeing how steve said he was wrong, I have to asume that by maker, steve meant Trainz.

Therfore, its (CANT MAKE OUT THE NAME ON THE TENDER!!:'( ) lets see, it cant be D&RGW, becouse of how it looks, it cant be D&S due to the emblem, and the D&S only has 473, 476, and 478. Therefore, for railroad, I would have to say it is one of the fantisy K-28s for the C&TS, reskinned by Kilinger if I remember right.

A little more clarification would help. Seriously, why do people think its so easy when they posted it. Its not very clear by what you mean, especialy what you mean by maker.
