Google Maps Railfanning Section (READ RULES!)

Every time I storm chase in this region, we stay in a nearby hotel and I can hear the train horns all night. When we leave to go out chasing, or to eat at the Big Texan (the place with the 72oz steak, I watch the action when we cross over the yard. It's quite the place to watch trains, I can imagine.

Have you ever tried it or watched someone attempt it?

Also, most of the Three Rivers Rambler consist, excluding locomotive.

72oz steaks are good, only seen an attempt, all I can say is LOL!

On more than one occasion when I've been there with the chasing team, we've seen people attempt the 72oz steak, however, none ever won. As you know, if they eat the whole meal which includes a shrimp cocktail, potato (your choice of preparation), salad, and side, then the person gets it for free. These were big guys, as in US football players, college jocks, and other big eaters. Usually, they ended up barfing and quitting. I sat far enough away not to see them produce the end-result, but close enough to see them attempt the meal.
