Actually that's in Kensett, AR also... I thought it looked familiar from the other day... Besides take a long at the long/latitude numbers this is a give away as well. I've been through Tayor, TX on one of my many storm chasing trips over the past years.

Go up the street about two blocks from your train and you'll see a branch line with some freight cars on that. Follow the tracks... you need to go down the previous block and then cut over and you'll see this once you take a left. :)
