Here is my first post in this thread!
BN_Caboose_zps1e50fb2b.jpg

As you can see, it a caboose. But, it's not just ANY caboose. It's a BN Caboose.
This picture was taken on my Windows Vista Laptop.

Oh, whoops! I did not read the directions for how to do it. But, hey, at least I have something, that's better then nothing.

So, what's the big deal? Also, you are supposed to post links to the image in streetview, not post the image (same for all others).

If you are referring to my posts, as well as Zeldaboy14's ?

All of mine do have street view links, above each image

The rules do NOT state the link is required. It is nice to include for convenience.

Google Maps Railfanning Section (READ RULES!)

Don't know how this will go over, but I'm starting this new feature I call "Google Maps Railfanning." There are only three rules:

PLEASE READ THE RULES
!

1. Must be a "Street View" picture of a locomotive. Can be from ANY COUNTRY.
2. Must be able to read the Locomotive Number.
3. Identify the Railroad Company, Locomotive Number, and the location. If you want to identify the locomotive type that is okay, too.

EXAMPLE:

Union Pacific #3910 at Kensett, Arkansas. Paste the URL of the scene as so:

https://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&l...290.49,,0,7.87

Let's get out there on Google Maps and see what we can find!

Cheers,

Dave Snow

UP CCRCL, Number 173, former SSW B30-7 7789, used for switching help in Searcy with the GP15 above:

Union Pacific Numbers 4107 and 4748 are stopped at Bald Knob, Arkansas. The Conductor is gawking at the Google Maps car I assume.
