GMax and 3DSMax (And any other modeling program) screenies/renders

G'day Cozmo,

Perhaps you would like to use these, instead?...

now that loco loks great, think you can make with a litle bit of diferent details soo we swedes can skin it as one of all the swedish versions ? :)

Well then you would need the proper bogie for it? As far as I recall you got your NOHABS from the DSB when they sold off theirs i.e only four brake cylinders per bogie. Also you will need some extensive "eye surgery" to make the cab come out right, because the old single layer windows just aren't built for the rough winter conditions in Northern Sweden.

This project ground to a halt because of lack of cab building experience. This isn't the case any more so I just might pick it up again as it does not need extra scripted gadgets to make the cab work. It does need some good reference shots though and I have a few stuffed away somewhere in the mess of moving crates that makes up my little studio these days... But never the less I am doing a lot of catching up these days, so why not the Scandinavian style NOHAB too.

I know how ya feel Cozmo :) But then, there are far worse bogies than that one to make! he he :)

Thankfully... I've not had to do any yet!

Looks great though. Rather intrigued by that roof out along the long hood. Never seen that sort of a setup before :)

The NRs are a bit like that where the roof sort of hangs over the back.

Well, here's a little update of the blokschrot (ingot) wagon:

Now to see how to get this baby where it belongs, on the tracks.:hehe:

Good work on the blokschrot freight car, Jananton, looks really good so far:) All you need to do is the brake assembly;)

Hello Iceman,

Now that would be something I could very well use for that something I'm thinking of making. Could that be an item you could try to import into trainz? Actually for that idea I have I've looked for a "torpedo menger" as it is called in dutch, but the one available is a two bogey with two axles each, that's to small and yours is a little big, but definitivly better. In fact I need something in between, two four or six axle bogeys, I think. Great shots btw.

Greetings from sunny Amsterdam,

Jan

Well, you've obviously got a point there:) , however if you look at the original here, I couldn't find any. There is a fed through break pipe on them, so I presume an x number coupled where intermitted with some other break capable vans. That would also explain their maximum admitted speed of 15 km/h. But, yes that break pipe needs to be added still.

hi, Jan

I have this model for Trainz built some time ago ...
for my own needs.
I am still a small shunt "Torpedora" built extra ...

At the moment I have problems with TS2009 and intend to re-install TRS200. Then I can return a few screens in Action here represent.

The model I have for the RS is currently converdet planned.
The car has 5 parts, 4 bogeys with 18 axles, 36 wheels, and the torpedo ladle in the middle.
