Meh, bring 'em on. I wouldn't even notice the difference.Southern's GP35s had AAR type B's instead of the regular EMD 2 axle truck. There may be an exception with some GP35 wreck rebuilds however.

Never knew I could do this much in 30 min, but still got so much to do
Can someone tell me how to show these off better?
-Well make me some AAR type B's and I'll put it in my scene
-Joe
To be fair, those few are the former S&A units. The order that Southern proper made was using trade in RS2/3 trucks, the AARs.Joe's model is right for many of the GP35's, is it really that hard to use google? You could have taken 3 seconds and googled "Southern GP35" and come up with many pictures with Blomberg's. http://southern.railfan.net/images/archive/southern/gp35/gp35.html
The Southern GP35s with Blombergs were mostly inherited from the C of G. There was also a couple of wrecks rebuilt with them as well. There's probably no more than seven of them out of the 70+ Southern owned. Even then it's not THAT big of a deal since the Frisco was pretty much the only the other sizable line that didn't use Blombergs as far as I know. It's an awful lot of work to make new trucks for what has to be less than 1/5th of GP35s produced. At the end of the day there's nothing stopping the end user from replacing them with Type B trucks if it is that big of a deal.
Also that tobacco car is awesome. I'd hate to be the one trying to negotiate a curve with one of them.
-To have in the 3ds max scene is a different story. Once they are in game, then I can apply the AAR's.Justin Cornell has AAR trucks. Just put those under it.
So you don't have the mesh? Ok then, Just suggesting to make people happy. (They are on Dash-2 Trucks and you changed those out on the first run.)-To have in the 3ds max scene is a different story. Once they are in game, then I can apply the AAR's.
Frisco definitely used Blombergs, are you thinking of GM&O? But yes its not a big deal, I'll just slap a pair of Justins Blombergs under there when they are released as you said.
Ok, I may have at least some inaccuracies in this, don't hate me![]()
