MR 1808 Class 4-4-0 perhaps?

Rob.

DSB Litra CLE

Litra CLE is the intended running mate for the CL. Seven CL and one CLE makes up a standard commuter train. The CLE is slightly shorter and has reduced seating for non-smokers in order to make room for a luggage compartment. The render is of the interior of the luggage compartment in the original 1943 configuration.

What is? I'm guessing an SE&CR D but it could be just about any Victorian-era 4-4-0...
Look's an awful lot like this....

This is a Midland Railway engine, yes I've noticed the holes.. I'm not too sure if it was originally owned/built by MR.
Here's that 'D Class' you refered to..

I can see what your getting at though, it looked similar, apart from, whatever the thing attached to the dome on the top image is called/for, is not present.

It's more or less the same locomotive as seen in the MR example, although the drawings I've used are of the SDJR variety.

Just something to keep me busy between studying and cycling, which both keep me busy enough as it is...

Keeping up the progress (Also very good work some you guys that post here you do, people like me gets in this of "3D Creation" cuz seeing that you have done such good things :D )

Right now I am waiting for a drawing of the 2,5 m wooden bogies. With that in hand I can move the project quite a step forward. Here is a render of the CLE in its present level of completion.

After seeing all of the content creation going on here, and having some inspiration, I decided to try making Steampunk Locomotives and rolling stock from an animation series called, "Kōtetsujō no Kabaneri."
However.. My progress isn't exactly what most people will think :'(

I'm still an amateur at this, but this is where I am at with making one of the Steampunk Rolling Stocks.
I have a question for content creators here,
What are some recommended dimensions to use when creating rolling stocks and locomotives? Is there a certain dimension I have to set my locomotives and rolling stock to?
What software would you guys recommend me to work with since this is being done with Autodesk Inventor, but I'm not sure if I can export this into a readable trainz file..
Cheers

Finally ready for texturing, it took me a while and a great teacher, but its done. All four compressors (It's for my fictional "home road", which is all mountains) and the feedwater heater are fully piped. can't wait to see it in game!!

What a beauty. Glad to see some 4-6-2 locos around! :D

That really turned out well...looks ready for some strenuous passenger and dual-service work. Those brutes will be wonderful over our tougher runs. You'll have to work hard to find a spec with that much compressing power though! :hehe: That reciprocating pump turned out spectacularly.
