You know, I did actually set everything low to improve framerates some while ago, but I forgot if I set it back to normal. I think that may be the problem...let me check.
It still rains, but when I use Smileyman's rule to make it rain, I can't see the rain droplets on the screen! I had "special effects" set to "on". One moment it works, the next moment it doesn't! What can be the problem?
