Hi Paul,

An all points bulletin goes out to all moderators when a post or thread is reported. One of us will then act on the post or thread and do what needs to be done.

Some of the younger folk and known mischievous posters can be quite funny at times. Since I'm about ~12 hours ahead of most of the posters, the flames threads have usually subsided by the time I get to look at them. I see that as an advantage.

You're right about that, and I myself have put a few posts in to try and lighten the mood somewhat. You guys are doing a great job here moderating these forums. Despite a few exploding oil barrels (and I think a blown cylinder on I saw here somewhere lol), thanks for keeping us all in line and a big thanks for the excellent way you guys keep these forums. I've enjoyed every single time I've been on here and you guys are some of the best mods I've known. Keep up the good work guys!
