For those experiencing issues with downloading using TDH/CM after the server transfer

Hi everyone,

We have managed to resolve the main issue with CMP downloading from the DLS. We will be monitoring the DLS over the next few days to ensure everything is fixed.
 
Well I'm glad its working for everyone else, I guess I'm kind of left out there in the cold, since now that you seemed to have fixed it for everyone else, I can't even get the @%^!@%&^& ftp server to work, and the DLS still ISN"T WORKING!!!!!!!:( :( :(
 
I'm still getting the same crap I've been getting for the past 5 days, at least I was able to use ftp, til today, now even that isn't working, to say I'm just a little POed is like calling the Georgetown flood a trickle!

If FTP isn't working, then it could well be your ISP (or more specifically, their DNS) or your configuration that is wrong.

FTP and CM3.2 are both working just fine here, and since FTP doesn't depend on auran's software, it's unlikely anything they're doing that's blocking you from accessing it.

It was working fine yesterday, so its probably a site issue, I haven't changed a thing on my computer to effect that, and I doubt Road Runner has either.
 
Whe I drag an asset to the DLH box in TRS2006...it immediately and automaticaly says "Ready".
It always used to say "Searching", and took a minute or so, and never was that fast...so it appears that the DLS is not working...and just puts up a bogus error notice: "Server Is Full".
It also says I have a 5 day FCT...when in fact I do not have a FCT.
It also says momentarilly: "Updating Trainz Asset Database", just for a split second. Updates always used to take at least a minute or so.
So the DLS is not repaired...it is giving eronious error notices and saying "Ready", and "Server Is Full", when it is not.

If you look in your profile we have a 7 day FCT...but what good it does if we can't use the damn thing!:o
 
Downloading

Just to add my twopence worth! I was downloading into TS2010 from the DLS yesterday (6 April), and it stopped half way through. Now I can't download into either 2010 or 2009.
I've yet to try the procedures suggested. I hope they work!
