(For all of us out there) Bought a engine or two, And i didnt download. Now what?

I am a little more then pissed. I bought the NS ES40DC and ES44AC from you guys. I didnt download them due to school work and stuff.
I also lost ability to get into my email in which i used for my JR acount. Is there anyway i can get them back?

Mike said we would get them to you and we will. Just give me a little bit of time to do so..... The entire JR Team isnt full time JR, I still have my 9-5 to deal with and im going thru emails now and i already have seen yours.
