There is one way I can think of Doug. Go to the "Tools Menu", down the bottom click on the "paste height" button, select the biggest area you have that is dead flat (this could be a whole baseboard if you can). Then go to the "select area" button and then select the biggest area you can as I said before. When you have the area selected then click on the "paste" button and move it to the area desired. Then simply click on the mouse button and the area will assume the height that you selected with the paste. This should be easier than using the topology tools.
