I bought the game "Ferrovia Appennino Centrale 1899". (28.4.2023)

Today is 4/30/2023 and I have opened Trainz many times. Nothing found, no game "Ferrovia Appennino Centrale".

I opened this page:

Where can I find a game (product) on this page that I paid for and my money has been in the company's bank account since 4/28/2023.

I opened the "content manager" and the game "Ferrovia Appennino Centrale 1899" is there. But not for me even though I paid her.

The game is not active for me even though it is paid.

What will the company that runs Trainz do about it?
I want the game that I paid for, or return the money that the company already has to my account.

I can see it under the "Store" list as available for installation. I suggest you submit a Help Desk ticket as the process might be stuck.
