On November 11 I renewed my FCT and activated it the same day. since then I have not been able to download anything from the DLS getting the message " Unable to download, the server appears full, try again later."

I have tried replacing my login several time to no avail. So far i have lost 5 days from my FCT and at Aurans new price structure this is significant.

MY browser indicates that the days are being deducted from my yearly
quota so obviously the FCT is activated.

Anyone else having this problem or any ideas as to a solution.

Go the top of this page and click the Profile button. Select edit your password and re-enter your old password and save it. This has helped me in the past.

Try doing it in CMP. Files, settings, internet. Delete then replace and save, also clear your downloads from cmp. This is the advice sent to me by the help desk today.
 
Thanks for your reply. I have already tried that but no joy.

I had exactly the same issue, log a job using the Helpdesk link at the top of the forum, they sorted my permissions in a couple of days. The logging in and out tricks didn't work for me, either.

Thanks for your reply. I sent a ticket to Helpdesk and they were able to adjust my account so that i can now download from the DLS.

Their message also included the same remedy as yours in case of future reoccurence of the problem.
