Faulty Routes but no faulty content

After upgrading to the latest patch there was a lot of missing content which I deleted in surveyor and got rid of the orange boxes. Exit the surveyor mode to the main menu and the route now shows a faulty. I did the usual things like rebuild the data base and went trough all 10341 dependencies. I can not find one faulty item. If I search all of my installed items for faulty only the routes show up.

Any ideas?

View errors and warnings.

If it shows 0 errors and 0 warnings, exit the screen and come back in. That process refreshes the database, or should, and the error will go away.

If that doesn't work, do an E DBR by pressing the CTRL-key while choosing repair database from the developer menu. The thing with this is, like in previous versions, there maybe more of the same kind of errors so your best bet is to try the view errors and warnings first, exit and then come back in before doing the other.
