Fast Class Ticket

I logged on for 2nd time today and my First Class Ticket is gone again, Should be good until Jan 18 2011. Anyone else have this problem?
 
Please explain what you've been doing along with your machine information, OS, etc. This will help us troubleshoot your problem for you.

You may see the 100MB limit occasionally in lieu of your FCT. This occurs when there is a loss of connectivity to the server, or the server is out of service. However, it should return.

I have suggested to Auran that the information concerning FCT should be retained in CM. It should not be necessary to have to check you have a valid FCT everytime you use CM. It could be verified at a lower rate say monthly or when FCT is due to expire.
 
Still no FCT

As far as I know the only thing I did on my second time today at DLS it ask for my user name & password and I typed it in... and puff... the red X over my FCT. I do a lot of downloading but I try to keep up by doing several times a day. It did this when they changed servers which by the way I like a whole lot better now. Now I just need my First Class Ticket back. :'(

Remember your login for CMP is the same as your login here. Ensure that your login credentials are correct (username and password).

When this is done, I highly recommend a database repair. Losing the login information is sometimes a sign of this.

What is CM or CMP? ...and how do I do a database repair.

Content Manager or Content Manager Plus, (depending on which version of Trainz you have.)

The Repair Database option can be found in the menu bar at the top of the CMP window. It should be noted that it may take a while to do depending on how much content you have, but sometimes a repair is necessary to get Trainz out of a "funk".:)
 
I am using TRS 2004 and it has content manager. I tried it and it didn't have a repair database option and when I clicked on the CM it stopped responding.
I have my serial number for the First Class Ticket. I don't know what to do next. I am at a loss and about to just download small stuff or something I (think) I need desperately. It happened before when they changed servers and since has been working perfect.

Still no First Class Ticket...and still frustrated but maybe someone out there can help me and anyone else stranded out there.
If I offended anyone for being angry for that I am sorry. I have been posting and reading the forum for several years and there are a lot of fellow Trainz good guys out there,and they have been a lot of help to me over the years. I have "tried" to help some in the past myself. (I hope I have)
Sure would like to get my speed back up to where it was. I am on DSL and with the ticket I can download in a jiffy. Not so now.
I hope someone can help me and anyone else in the same Trainz (excuse me,Boat)

I went into help desk and Zec Murphy told me to look back to when I purchased it in my e-mail. It wasn't there but I found I had changed my username & password,how or why I do not know but anyway I have it back and I am now going back to help desk to thank Zec.
