Error: Unable to link compiled script class -- Jointed Rail Signals.

JR, Fourms.
I am having an issue with all searchlight and Safetran signals.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Signal FX library and all of the signals, multiple times. This has not fixed the issue.
I am running Build 61388 (Trainz 12 SP1:HF4). Could anybody shed some light on the situation? I've also run two database repairs to no avail.

Try to delete cache and then rebuild database, this must fix those issues. I has such problem.
