Open cfg file and you will at least know if it is a:
horn
engine:
bogey:
etc:
The author ID number 506034 lists several sites on http://www.trainzkuidindex.com/eng/Assets/search but not the "201802"

It is a Track sound. I have a request in with Jointed rail for the Missing asset

The asset is Bogey sound (FC_USA) by wearsprada and if I am correct it comes with the 60ft 9in SP Woodchip car also by wearsprada.
