East Kentucky

Looking damn fine Andy!! I'm really looking forward to running some coal on this beauty... it's looking gorgeous, as you're work always does! :)

Andy's work should be an inspiration to us all. I use his screenshot on the TRD banner, not because it's a great screenshot, I do it because all his work is great!

Great stuff (again) Andy.

Thanks once again for the comments!

Speaking of THANKS - Derelict Deane has been sneaking stuff onto the DLS, including this wonderful derelict baggage car which has found a new use stabling horses near Dent yard....

Andy,

Thanks for the wonderful shots!
It looks so beautiful, Southern High Hoods in the Appalachian Mountains, mmm mm!
Good to see so much progress, it looks so good.

I agree with Allen, the L&N units look right at home there.

Cheers,

Dermmy, where did you get those trees? The ones that I have (and the ones I find) are horrible looking, but yours look great! I don't need all of them, but at least seven or eight should do the trick. Great looking route by the way!
Thanks,
Kay9:)

Dermmy, where did you get those trees?

Great, aren't they! They are by Trunda and you can get 'em here - you want all 3 tree packs, plus the grass and shrubs.

I really love this upgrade to the old route. East Kentucky was about the first thing I did in Trainz and even leaving out the lack of trees (forced on me by an ancient computer) a lot of it was pretty bad. Compare the eastern end of Dent Yard on...

WOW! Fantastic shot Dermmy. Call me simple but the EK2 shot is not bad by any means. Still, I think we all love what you are doing with this and I am sure many people, like me are really anticipating the completion of this! ^^

My favorite.

This is my favorite rout. EK2 looks great, but EK3 will be fantastic. I really enjoy your other routes. It's hard to believe that my on board graphics handles these so well.

My grandpa was Vice President of L&N, his name was Donald Strench and he was such a railroader he died on the job due to stress and smoking.

Just thought I'd say that because those shots really stimulate a memory.
