Duchess add-on Pack

I have a slight problem. I've downloaded the Duchess addon pack, and it shows in 2009, I can use it and it works fine Except I cannot get it to show the number and name. I looked in the config file and it duly gives a list of numbers and names, so I did the obvious and clicked "?" and the loco and entered a running number.

Nothing showed.

I know I'm missing something obvious, but I can't for the life of me figure out what.

The loco shows, runs in Driver, but looks naked without a number and a nameplate. The Coronation pack does not have the same problem (running number works), so is it somehow different with the Duchess?

Help greatly appreciated.

Have you tried it in TS2010, I didn't know it worked in TS2009 it maybe something to do with the scripting.
Have you added the serial number to TS2009.

PS I had the Coronation on one of my versions of TS12 and decided to add it to T2010 and could not work out why it didn't show - you guessed it and that was this morning.

It should work in TS2009, but only if you have Service Pack 4 (build 44653) installed.

Shane - yes my buils is 44653, and I have been silly

Ken - I could have sworn I put the serial in options, but when I checked, it wasn't there. It is in 2010 and Trs12, I must have overlooked 2009, although I did copy the .ja, I forgot the serial.

I knew I must be forgetting something obvious - an elderly moment.

Well Ken you did exactly what I did. Must be a combination of age, name and West Yorkshire air.

Yes, Ken. this second childhood thing can cause peculiarities. Can't wait for my third, should br really gormless then!

When I put in the serial, I found the LMS Duchess Red were from the add-on. LMS Duchess Black, which was the one I was trying (didn't have the Red, absence of serial, pack, etc), turned out to be Jetstreamsky's. I Emailed him, and he has stopped creating for Trainz, as he got tired of having to update them everytime a new version of Trainz is released, so he couldn't help.

Anyway, all sorted now, and a lesson learned - check before you post.
