All the DLS assets are free but as you have a Trainz version that is no longer supported you will need to buy an FCT which will then allow you complete access for as long as the ticket has been paid for. You are paying for access, not for assets. once you have that ticket, there is no limit to your free downloads.
Alternatively, buy one of the supported versions 2009 to TS12 and you don't need a ticket, althoughyour downloads will be much slower than they would be with a ticket. You will also find that most of the new items will have been made for TRS2009 or later and your TRS2004 version will not run them.
