Downloading from DLS

Unable to download any content from DLS keep getting error can not find user name or password check setting,have checked setting made sure my user name and password are there even checked my account found everything matched OK still getting the same error message,first class ticket valid is there anything else i am missing?.
Using T2012 build 58414 user name sholborn.
 
There's been a few reports on here about this - use File > Network Diagnostics in Content Manager to check the status of things.

when it askes for you details go into settings delete the username and passwords that is there and re-enter your details which out changing them and it normally fixes the problem
