Download Types

Hi i need help!! lol. what is the difference between the two download options when you go to download you cart, e.g. the direct FTP file, or the download helper. Also, what are the steps to import them to the simulator, mine being ts 2010, do you put them in the content dispatcher or what? Thanks, Pat

Personally, I prefer FTP downloads - they can be saved to a folder of your choice and checked for anything nasty. After checking, use 'import CDP' in the Trainz version you are using. I believe Download Helper downloads go straight to the Trainz database.
