Is there a problem with download station ,i have a first class ticket activated today and the speed of the download is 4.33 kbps ,i brought a 3 month to see if it was worth getting a life time ticket ,not sure whats happening here

Couple of things, firstly the high speed wont kick in until you have cleared any existing downloads you added before activating the FCT, secondly it can take up to 48 hours to kick in, been a matter of a few hours for me in most cases though, thirdly after clearing existing downloads, you need to exit CM and Trainz completely and then go back in.
Fourthly if none of those problems, delete your name and password from CM close it down, go back in and re-enter them again.
