Download station FCT - full server???

What's going on. I paid for a FCT and all I'm getting is server full, try again later. This shouldn't be happening with a subscription service. What's going on?

Actually, I'm wondering if CMP is seeing my FCT - I'm not getting any indication of it like I did with the previous FCT. Thoughts on resolving this. I activated the FCT about 30 minutes ago and it shows active in my profife, so the clock is ticking on it.

Okay - so it says pending permissions - guess it takes time to update - I assumed it was immediate.

An FCT can take up to 24 hours to activate.

There are reports of the server behaving badly though, so it may be a little longer.

Thanks Shane. To be picky, I assume I get credit for that delay? Seems to me that the ticket clock is counting, but I have no access. Oh, well.

I don't know about that - FCT's have always taken a few hours to activate (I would have though that the 'clock' would not have started counting down until it is fully active)

Problems with serveurs

Hello,

i've got the same problems than Lightrail. I've bought a 90 days FCT ticket 3 days ago. It has been activated (it remains 87 days now) but I still have problems : full servers or very low speed downloads (about 3 or 4 ko/s). I hope that this problem will be resolved soon because I've already lost 3 days!

I've noticed that my status is still (after 3 days) : Pending permissions update, please check back soon.

What's the matter ?

This is not guaranteed to work, but try the password-change trick.

To do this, go into your Planet Auran profile and change your password (you can use the same one)

If that still does not fix it, you may need to contact the Helpdesk, but be aware that they have a backlog of help requests, so you may not get a response for a few hours.
