Combine 2 different user-accounts - Problem with FCT

Hello everyone,

I have a little problem: I have registered two different user-accounts (one for trainz 2010 and one for trainz 2012). Now I poorly bought and activatet a three month first class ticket at the wrong account. I want to download content with the 2010-content-manager, but the ticket is only activated for the 2012-content-manager... I also tried to erase my serial number from trainz 2010, to be able to add it in the 2012-user account. But this didn't work.

Is there any other opportunity to add my 2010-serial number to the 2012-account?. Can I simply erase my complete 2010-account, so that the serial number for 2010 is available again? Or wouldn't that work? The FCT is activatet for the 2012-version, so this wouldn't be erased.

You will need to contact N3V's Helpdesk regarding this. They are the only ones who can deal with that kind of issue - file a support ticket under the relevant section.

I always use the same Trainz Account, EMail, UN & PW for all Trainz, and I write all that information, and more down in a handwritten log book, as well as on a piece of masking tape on my DVD's

I would never use my ISP Provider EMail, as a EMail address, as if you ever move, and drop that ISP Provider, your EMail address is non-existant
