Whoa, relax. You should have asked here before getting upset at Auran.
What kind of problem are you having? Just going by the title, I believe what you are supposed to do is look in your Profile in the bar along the top and look at your invoices. The download links should be there. There are five files and it would be wise to paste the link for each into a download manager (but be sure to use a spyware-free one; many are loaded with nasties, including well-known ones.) Freshdownload or [url="http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/]FreeDownloadManager[/url] are good and safe as long as you get them from the official sites.
Second, I advise you delete your email address in your post as spambots will pick it up if they haven't already.
