I accidently registered a second account after i forgot my original password. So i found out that i used a different email account and got my original password back,but i can't enter the download station and i have my TRS2006 serial number already registered.What should i do.

Use the original password with your original e-mail account, your trainz is registered to that.

Send a ticket to Helpdesk using the link near the top.
List both account names, what is registered under each and the one you would like to keep.

How long does it take for someone to reply on my ticket.

I still need get rid of my second account.However,i just learned that the download station is no longer free anymore.That at least answers one of my problems.
