Does Anyone Ever Get A Response From Auran's Helpdesk?

Hi Everyone,

Last week I had to do a quick dash to ole sydney town at rather very short notice and whilst some of the helpdesk has been cleared, this morning (monday 19/11) I do have about 200 odd messages yet to be cleared. These should be caught up in a day or two.
