Dock wall creation

I am using 'dock wall sheet pile' and struggling to get the terrain to drop away dockside. Any hints from the more experienced please.
The terrain is 0 elevation, sea -10.
trs22 surveyor classic.

Just smooth the ground from the sea bed level and pass beyond the dock wall. Set the dock wall spline height to a set height and the ground behind to -3.60 or --2.80 below the dock spline height.
For 0 ground height
Seabed -10.70
Sea level -3.70
Dock wall -1.90 <kuid2:60238:39595:1> Dockwall Sheet Pile 2 Spline
Ground level = 0.00

(Laying it on top of a strip of track.)
