Another problem with multi-player is assets, most route builders make great routes and would be fun for MP, but the problem is they use 3rd party assets which make mp useless, I started working on a Australian, VR theme route for MP since the beta on build 3.4, problem for that route is getting the assets created and put on dls for it to work which is time consuming, might take 1 year to 2 years before good mp routes to be created, I haven't even got TS12 yet and probably won't till they fix the Steam-engine physics with it.
I do not see the TS2010 multiplayer beta at http://www.auran.com/servicepacks/#TS2010, so it may no longer be available from N3V, which would make sense as TS12 is the first release build with multiplayer. The latest TS2010 build I see on that page is build 44088, the last single-player TS2010 build.
