DLS not working?

I just enabled my second first class ticket last night. It final registered with dls so i decided to get a few new routes, but i can't even start any of the downloads. It keeps saying that the Server is full. Is this a problem on my end, because i haven't seen a other posts on this? Thanks.
 
There is somtimes a delay between when you purchase the ticket and when it becomes active. There is also some confusion with the login credentials within CMP that cause this error particularly after enabling a new FCT.

Go into your Configuration setting in CMP, and re-enter your login and password. I simply change delete one character in my username, then put it back in to force CMP to update.

When the information is updated, it forces a refresh on the server and this usually fixes the problem.

Others maybe able to chime in on this and explain this better than I.
