Dispatcher panel real into trainz ?

Good afternoon everyone, I'm working on a project to create a real dispatcher panel with Arduino, LED switches, etc., and I'd like to know if in Trainz there's any way, using triggers or programming via GS, to control, using a Python keyboard key or via Cmd, whether a junction changes location or a signal changes color. I'm obviously considering creating my own signal or switch. It's for a project to create a real dispatcher panel with track and LEDs to know track occupancy in real time. Can you tell me if there's any hope of being able to extract this information even though I'm the one modeling these elements?

N3V has made available something called Trainz Native Interface or TNI to allow external hardware and software to interact with Trainz.
