directional marks help

Hello all, I was placing track directional marks and my cat jumped on my keyboard now I have these odd cones extending out from each end of the markers does anyone know how to turn them off again i tried pushing all the keys but nothing so far? Thanks in advance if you have an idea. "NEVERMIND IT FIXED ITSELF AFER I RESTARTED A FEW TIME"

Clicking on something else instead of the tab where the markers and triggers is located will also turn off the cones that extend out from the markers.
