Diesel Engine won't stay started. Trailnz 2006

I tried building a train using some Amtrak Superliner cars and some SD-70 Locomotives which came with the Trains 2006 software. They install fine, but the motors are not running (idling). When I try to run the locomotives (I am using the DCC control), the exhaust smoke comes out of the stacks and the engine noise is heard as long as I hold down on the "W" key to run the train forward or "X" for backward. The engine even moves while holding the keys down. When the keys are released the engine dies again. Other locomotives supplied with Trainz 2006 install and run fine. Ideas Anyone??? Harold

Yeah I ran into the same problem. There are multiple ways to solve it but since I cannot get on Trainz right now, you can right click the driver's face and click get off train. Then the train is ur's. It's a weird glitch and I thought I was the only one. I'll try to figure out the other solutions but there's a start.

if u dont know how to fuel them, place the loco in surveyor and the under the locos picture theres a ? mark. click it. then click the loco and scroll to the bottom. under fuel and sand type an large number and make sure the bar has turned green. thats how to fuel the loco without using a fuel crane.
