DEM Request - Manilfold Valley, Staffordshire

Hi Paul, I've sent a cdp archive to Nathan for the route, link in a PM.

Actually, thinking about it more, why not make it available to anybody?

So here it is, a "barebones" DEM of the Hamps and upper Manifold valleys in Staffordshire.

Only problem is, for some reason I can't get the "hi-res" baseboard map objects for Waterhouses station area...

Well, that's saved me a job then! My fault for being so slow to get on to Nathan's request. I'll need to find another DEM thing to do.....

If you are really looking for a project, there a three dismantled lines close to me. You can check them out on http://www.railmaponline.com/UKIEMap.php.
They are the Spean Bridge to Fort Augustus (Invergarry and Fort Augustus Railway). The Connel to Ballachulish Line (Caledonian Railway) and the ''Puggie Line' Narrow Gauge - (Balfour Beatty) Fort William to Loch Treig. All of them are on my list to do but I'm willing to share.:hehe:

Hello daveincaol, I'm not sure who you wrote this to. I am not personally looking for projects if you have got somebody to do the Manifold valley project for you. I have a lot of projects to work on in Norway, but simply said I could help if nobody else can.

I suspect Dave meant me! However, I've just got inspired by another project at the moment, so I'm not doing any DEM for the time being. That said, I'll need to do something sooner or later or completely forget how to!
